Happy Belated Mother's Day! This picture was taken today. Not on Mother's Day but the day after. I have enjoyed every minute of the last 19 months. Owen brings so much to our lives. I love his smile the first time that he sees me in the morning, I love the way that he sings all the time, I love the way that he wants to imitate everything Justin does, I love his sweet kisses, I love the way he tells me to sit and then points to the floor next to him, I love the way that he rubs my cheek as I am rocking him to sleep at night. I hear parents say this all the time, but it is true. I am amazed at how much Owen is teaching me everyday. He makes me strive to be a better woman, christian, mother, wife, daughter, and friend. Children are a true gift from God.
