Joining the minivan club

We added a new vehicle to our family at the beginning of the year. I did not think that we would ever own a minivan, but we are really enjoying it. They are so spacious and offer so many amenities that appeal to parents. At first, Owen wanted to know why it was parked in our driveway, now he corrects me when I tell him to get in moms car. "It's a van...a minivan!" Justin has also asked what old couple has accidentally parked their van in our driveway. We are getting used to it! The back area is great for changing diapers, holding strollers, and hauling groceries. It also has the automatic doors on the sides, which was not a selling point for me, but I am really enjoying them. To make sure that we had it completely "loaded" out, Justin and I went to Babies R Us and we now have 3 children's CDs in the changer, matching seat protectors for the backs of the front seats, and car seat protectors/organizers to go under the carseats!
The sad part is that we think that we are cool!
Owen is doing well. He has learned the word "butt" so he has been spanked and put in timeout a few times for saying it or saying, "I not gonna say, butt." (followed by a smile of course) He is calling everyone "Buddy." It is really cute!
Kay Bugg is staying with Owen 2 mornings a week and they are having a grand time playing . When I come in from work, they are always busy making something in Owen's kitchen or plowing the rug with all of his tractors. Even with Justin working from home now, Owen stays in the livingroom playing with Kay Bugg. We are so blessed to have found such a wonderful sitter. Owen just loves her!
We are having a little trouble with him waking up in the middle of the night again and crying at bedtime. Not sure whats going on with him, maybe just getting us ready for Meg.
Meg is doing well. I am 34 weeks pregnant this week. Since there has been a question about my due date, we have an ultrasound scheduled for Jan. 28th. I am not sure what we are going to find out. Justin and I have just come to the conclusion that we will have a baby somehow, sometime in Feburary. I am sure that she will not come on any of the three dues dates they have given me, (9th, 18th, 23rd). I feel great. I was having problems with pressure, but since I stopped carrying Owen around, it has been much better. I still pick him up occasionally when I need to, but not nearly as much as I was. He does not seem to mind, and has now started asking to sit in my lap. We have started talking more about Meg and going to the hospital to get her and he is excited. I cannot help but wonder if that is what has brought about his new sleeping issues, because we have told him that we have to spend the night at the hospital with Meg.
Justin is the same. He is enjoying his new work schedule (7-11:30 in his jammies, 12-3:30 in jeans, all without leaving the house). He got a table saw for Christmas and has enjoyed dreaming of all that he will build. Funny: He got offended when I laughed at him for thinking that he was going to leave it in our house. He thought the laundry room would be a great place for a table saw. It was cute, sad that he was serious, but cute!
