The closing went well today! We have the keys to our new home. We met at the house at 8:30 this morning to do a walk through before the closing. The owner was there getting the last of her things out. It gave us a great opportunity to talk with her about the house. She explained the alarm system to us and told us which left over paint went with which room. She also left a cross stitch sampler that was done by the original owners in 1938. She thought that it should stay with the house. I think it would be great to frame it and hang it somewhere in the house. We went back to the house after closing to take these pictures, but it will probably be this weekend before we are able to spend anytime over there. Aunt Stephanie is coming to visit this weekend as well as Honey and Papa. I am sure that we will have a fun and exciting weekend with all of the company!

Yippee! We're happy for you guys. We actually thought about coming to visit next Sunday. What's going on with ya'll then? BTW, I'm diggin' a man in uniform:)
